We guarantee that your visa will be approved — otherwise, you’ll receive a full refund. If you apply for the visa yourself through evisa.imigrasi.go.id, please note that there is a strict no-refund policy.
We guarantee your visa will be issued on time — before departure or, for last-minute bookings, before arrival — or you’ll get a full refund. When applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, there’s no guarantee on processing time, which can lead to serious issues. For e-VOA, it might mean long airport queues; for other visas, you risk being denied boarding if you’re not eligible for Visa on Arrival — possibly forcing you to rebook your flight.
You can request a full refund anytime before we submit your documents to immigration. After submission, refunds are no longer possible due to Indonesia’s strict no-refund policy for visas. You’ll also receive a full refund if your visa is not approved or if we miss the promised delivery time before your arrival.
evisa.imigrasi.go.id accepts some VISA and MasterCards. We accept all VISA and MasterCards, plus American Express, and bank transfers in 11 major currencies.
Our dedicated support team operates across multiple countries and time zones — almost around the clock. We assist you in your native language via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, live chat, and, in some countries, even by phone. In contrast, many users report difficulties contacting Indonesian immigration through evisa.imigrasi.go.id. Calls often go unanswered, emails receive no reply, and their live chat only provides general information — without the ability to speed up or unblock stalled applications.
Think of us as your visa insurance — we’re here to ensure your trip goes smoothly. We genuinely care about your experience and do everything we can to make the process easy and error-free. This is very different from applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, where no one is accountable if you’re denied boarding or entry due to a missing visa or mistakes like a wrong date of birth, place of birth, or a typo in your name.
With us, you can handle your visa anytime — even when Indonesian immigration is closed or not accepting applications. We’ll check, format, and prepare your documents in advance, so your application is ready to go the moment submissions reopen. If the immigration website is down, the payment gateway fails, or account creation has issues, our experienced team will contact immigration directly and keep trying until it works.

You need an EPO for closing your KITAS/KITAP. The reason of obtaining an EPO for KITAS cancellation is to have a legally clean relationship between you and the previous company by returning all original documents to the authorities.
There all the several situations when the foreigners needs to apply for an Exit Permit Only (EPO). These situations include the following:
a) you move to a new company or change KITAS sponsors.
b) you change the type of KITAS, for example from a work KITAS to a investor KITAS.
c) you resigns from a job and will no longer work in Indonesia.
d) you decided to leave Indonesia with a valid KITAS and then not return to the country. If you plan to re-enter Indonesia and your KITAS expired while you were abroad, you will face administrative immigration issues. So you have to obtain an EPO.
e) The Kitas is about to expire and there are no plans of extending it.
All of the types of the Kitas are allowed to do an Exit Permit Only (EPO) and every Kitas has different inquiries. The foreigners that already applied for the EPO will be require to leave Indonesia within 7 days since your EPO stamp issue.
Although both MREP and EPO relate to exiting Indonesia, they serve very different purposes: MREP – Multiple Exit and Re-entry PermitA MREP allows foreigners holding a stay permit (e.g., KITAS or KITAP) to: leave Indonesia, and re-enter while their stay permit remains valid. Without a MREP, your stay permit becomes invalid as soon as you exit the country. MREP = You leave and come back. EPO – Exit Permit OnlyAn EPO is used when you: permanently leave Indonesia, or terminate your KITAS/KITAP. Once the EPO is issued, your stay permit is officially closed, and you must leave Indonesia. After an EPO, you cannot re-enter using the old permit — you must apply for a new visa. EPO = You leave and do NOT come back under the same permit.
Yes. If you don’t have all the required documents ready when you apply, that’s no problem. You can simply send the missing documents later via WhatsApp or email. After placing your order, you will receive our contact details by email (please also check your spam folder). Please note: We can only process and submit your visa application once we have received all the required documents and your payment. Submitting everything as early as possible helps prevent delays.
If you left Indonesia without completing the EPO (Exit Permit Only) process, your KITAS remains open in the immigration system, and your exit is not properly registered. To correct this, you must apply for a MERP (Multiple Exit and Re-entry Permit). This allows immigration to formally close your previous KITAS and restore your legal status. Once the MERP is issued, your KITAS can be closed correctly, and you can avoid complications with future visa applications.
Once your EPO (Exit Permit Only) has been issued and the stamp is added to your passport, you must leave Indonesia within 5 days. This 5-day period is mandatory and cannot be extended. Failing to depart within this timeframe may result in: immigration violations, fines or penalties, and potential complications for future visa applications.
The EPO (Exit Permit Only) is usually processed within 3–5 working days, provided all required documents have been submitted. Once the EPO is issued and the stamp is placed in your passport, you must leave Indonesia within 5 days. Failing to exit within this timeframe may result in immigration violations or complications with future visa applications.
The EPO (Exit Permit Only) is issued as a stamp in your passport. Once you have submitted all required documents, the EPO is typically processed and ready within 3–5 working days. We will inform you as soon as your EPO has been issued so you can pick up your passport and complete the exit process.
An EPO (Exit Permit Only) is required to officially close your KITAS. It ensures that your stay permit is properly terminated and that all original documents held by your previous company are returned and registered with the authorities. Without an EPO: your KITAS remains active in the system, your previous company may still be responsible for you, you may face issues when applying for a new KITAS or re-entering Indonesia. An EPO creates a legally clean separation between you and your former employer and prevents future administrative complications.
