The Indonesia Arrival Card is Indonesia's new integrated digital arrival system that combines immigration, customs, and health declarations into one simple form. Instead of filling out separate paperwork, complete everything through a single online submission.
What makes it special? This system streamlines your entry process by handling all required declarations digitally. You'll get a QR code that works at customs and immigration checkpoints.
Who needs it? All international travelers entering Indonesia, whether you're a foreign visitor, Indonesian citizen returning home, business traveler, or tourist. It's mandatory at major airports like Jakarta, Bali, and Surabaya starting September 2025, with nationwide rollout by October.
How it works: Complete your form up to 72 hours before arrival. Show your QR code at the airport for faster processing. No more paper forms or separate customs declarations.

Yes, you can change your information as long as the QR code has not been scanned at Immigration. If you completed the Arrival Card yourself Simply fill out the entire form again. The newest version will replace the old one. If you booked the Arrival Card through us You can inform us of any changes up to 4 days before your arrival, and we will update it for you. It is essential that you present an Arrival Card with the correct information when entering Indonesia.

When entering Indonesia, travellers are allowed to bring certain goods duty-free, up to the limits set by Indonesian Customs. 1. Personal goodsYou may bring personal items with a total value of up to USD 500 per person without paying import duties. Families travelling together can combine their allowance (e.g., USD 500 × number of family members). 2. Tobacco productsYou may bring one of the following duty-free: 200 cigarettes, or 25 cigars, or 100 grams of sliced tobacco These limits cannot be combined (e.g., cigarettes + cigars). 3. AlcoholEach traveller may bring up to 1 liter of alcoholic beverages duty-free. 4. Important notesIf you exceed the duty-free allowances, you must declare the items and may have to pay import duties/taxes.
