Evisa. Imigrasi. Go. Id

evisa.imigrasi.go.id

We guarantee that your visa will be approved — otherwise, you’ll receive a full refund. If you apply for the visa yourself through evisa.imigrasi.go.id, please note that there is a strict no-refund policy.

We guarantee your visa will be issued on time — before departure or, for last-minute bookings, before arrival — or you’ll get a full refund. When applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, there’s no guarantee on processing time, which can lead to serious issues. For e-VOA, it might mean long airport queues; for other visas, you risk being denied boarding if you’re not eligible for Visa on Arrival — possibly forcing you to rebook your flight.

You can request a full refund anytime before we submit your documents to immigration. After submission, refunds are no longer possible due to Indonesia’s strict no-refund policy for visas. You’ll also receive a full refund if your visa is not approved or if we miss the promised delivery time before your arrival.

evisa.imigrasi.go.id accepts some VISA and MasterCards. We accept all VISA and MasterCards, plus American Express, and bank transfers in 11 major currencies.

Our dedicated support team operates across multiple countries and time zones — almost around the clock. We assist you in your native language via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, live chat, and, in some countries, even by phone.

In contrast, many users report difficulties contacting Indonesian immigration through evisa.imigrasi.go.id. Calls often go unanswered, emails receive no reply, and their live chat only provides general information — without the ability to speed up or unblock stalled applications.

Think of us as your visa insurance — we’re here to ensure your trip goes smoothly. We genuinely care about your experience and do everything we can to make the process easy and error-free. This is very different from applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, where no one is accountable if you’re denied boarding or entry due to a missing visa or mistakes like a wrong date of birth, place of birth, or a typo in your name.

With us, you can handle your visa anytime — even when Indonesian immigration is closed or not accepting applications. We’ll check, format, and prepare your documents in advance, so your application is ready to go the moment submissions reopen.

If the immigration website is down, the payment gateway fails, or account creation has issues, our experienced team will contact immigration directly and keep trying until it works.

We support card payments in 27 currencies and bank transfers in 11 major currencies. evisa.imigrasi.go.id only accepts payments in Indonesian Rupiah.

VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer
Most cards of VISA and Mastercard

Some users report their VISA or MasterCard isn’t accepted on evisa.imigrasi.go.id. With us, payments go through smoothly as long as your card has sufficient balance. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers (for amounts over 2,000,000 IDR). You’ll always have an easy way to pay.

Often no reply

Users of evisa.imigrasi.go.id often report no response to their emails. We aim to reply within minutes or a few hours during working hours. For faster support, try our live chat in the bottom right. We also do our best to respond on weekends and public holidays.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?

Visa RefundYou will receive a full refund if you cancel your order before we upload your data to the immigration system. However, once your application has been uploaded to immigration, a refund is no longer possible. Immigration does not refund visa fees once an application has been processed or issued, and therefore, we are unable to refund in this case. ExtensionIf you already purchased extensions and they remain unused (because you leave Indonesia earlier), we can refund the extension fee as long as you notify us early enough (before the extension process has started). If we already started the extension process, no refund is possible anymore.

What are the duty-free allowances for travellers entering Indonesia?

When entering Indonesia, travellers are allowed to bring certain goods duty-free, up to the limits set by Indonesian Customs. 1. Personal goodsYou may bring personal items with a total value of up to USD 500 per person without paying import duties. Families travelling together can combine their allowance (e.g., USD 500 × number of family members). 2. Tobacco productsYou may bring one of the following duty-free: 200 cigarettes, or 25 cigars, or 100 grams of sliced tobacco These limits cannot be combined (e.g., cigarettes + cigars). 3. AlcoholEach traveller may bring up to 1 liter of alcoholic beverages duty-free. 4. Important notesIf you exceed the duty-free allowances, you must declare the items and may have to pay import duties/taxes. Customs rules may occasionally change — if your quantities are close to the limit, it’s safer to double-check the latest regulations.

Are there any specifications for the picture?

Yes. For your visa application, the passport photo / profile photo must meet the following requirements: The background must be white (or very light). The photo should be clear and well-lit. Please wear a shirt or top (no bare shoulders). Do not stand too far away or too close to the camera. Your face must be fully visible and looking straight at the camera. You can also take the photo as a selfie with your smartphone: Just stand in front of a light-colored background and look straight into the camera.

My visa has expired. What can I do?

If your visa has already expired, you must expect to pay an overstay fine of 1,000,000 IDR per person per day. The fine must be paid in cash at the airport or at the Immigration Office when you leave Indonesia. It's important to plan a bit of extra time for the payment process. Longer overstays can lead to more serious consequences, such as: Complications with future visa applications Deportation Entry bans What should you do now?✔ 1. If your visa type can still be extendedStart the extension process immediately. Whether an extension is still possible depends on your visa type and how long you have overstayed. ✔ 2. If an extension is not possibleLeave Indonesia as soon as possible to minimize the overstay fine and avoid further consequences. Important:The longer you remain in Indonesia without a valid visa, the higher the risk of: increased fines administrative issues immigration investigations If you are unsure whether your visa can still be extended, contact us, and we will assess your options.

Can I submit documents for the application later?

Yes. If you don’t have all the required documents ready when you apply, that’s no problem. You can simply send the missing documents later via WhatsApp or email. After placing your order, you will receive our contact details by email (please also check your spam folder). Please note: We can only process and submit your visa application once we have received all the required documents and your payment. Submitting everything as early as possible helps prevent delays.

How often does the online extension not work?

Since June 2025, there is no online extension anymore. For all extensions, at least one (1) visit to the immigration office is required.

How long does the extension appointment at immigration take?

In most cases, the appointment can be completed in around 30 minutes, including biometrics (photo, fingerprints) and data verification. We always try to schedule your visit at a time with minimal waiting time. However, waiting times at Immigration depend on the daily workload, national holidays, system delays, or internal queues. In some cases, the visit can take longer than expected, so we recommend planning extra buffer time.

Can I fly without a passport within Indonesia?

Normally, you do not need to leave your passport at the Immigration Office. You bring it to your appointment and take it back immediately. But if your passport is temporarily at Immigration for any reason (e.g., a special process or administrative request), you can still fly domestically within Indonesia. To fly without your physical passport, you will need: a scan/photo of your passport, and an official letter from Immigration confirming that your passport is currently with them We can request and provide this letter for you. Please contact the responsible colleague so we can assist you.

Can I travel within Bali while my passport is at Immigration?

Normally, you do not need to leave your passport at the Immigration Office. You bring it to your appointment and take it back immediately. But if your passport is temporarily at Immigration for any reason, you can still move freely within Bali without any issues. For safety, we recommend carrying: a printed copy of your passport, or a digital scan/photo of your passport on your smartphone This is usually sufficient for identification if needed.

Will I get my passport back immediately after doing pictures and giving fingerprints at the Immigration office?

Yes. For the visa extension, your passport does not stay at Immigration. The extension is processed online, and you only need to bring your passport to the appointment for photo and fingerprints. Once the appointment is finished, you take your passport back with you immediately. You will not be asked to leave your passport at Immigration.

What happens if my visa expires while my passport is at the Immigration office?

You do not need to leave your passport at Immigration. You only bring it for your biometrics appointment and you take it back with you immediately afterward. As long as your visa extension was submitted before your current visa expired, you will not incur any overstay fees. Immigration counts the submission date, not the approval date. So even if your extension is still being processed when your original visa expires, you are legally covered.

Is there a dress code at Immigration for the extension?

Yes. You should follow a proper dress code when visiting Immigration for your extension appointment. We strongly recommend wearing: closed shoes long trousers a top that covers your shoulders There have been cases where people were denied entry at Immigration because they were not dressed appropriately. Dressing properly helps ensure a smooth appointment.

Do I have to be present in person for the extension?

Yes. For all visa extensions, one (1) personal visit to the nearest Immigration Office in Indonesia is required. During this visit, Immigration will: take your photo (biometrics) take fingerprints verify your personal data may take a short interview You do not need to visit our office, only the Immigration Office.

What are the costs for collecting and delivering the passport for the extension?

There are no pick-up or delivery costs, because passport collection is no longer required for visa extensions in Indonesia. We only need scans/photos of your documents. The only time you need your physical passport is during your personal visit to the Immigration office. After the appointment, you take your passport back with you immediately. Your passport does not stay at Immigration.

How long does my passport need to be valid for the extension?

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of the extension. If your passport has less than 6 months remaining, Immigration will not process your extension. For some visa types (especially longer-term visas), a longer validity period may be required. Please check the “Requirements” section of the specific visa you are applying for. Tip: If your passport is close to expiring, renew it before starting your trip to avoid delays or rejection.

How does the online extension for the visa work?

There is no fully online visa extension anymore. However, the process is still partly digital and you do not need to visit our office or hand over your physical passport. How the extension works now:Purchase the extension on our website. Send us scans/photos of your documents and personal details (passport biodata page, current visa, address, etc.) We submit your data to the Immigration system to start your visa extension. Immigration will schedule a mandatory in-person appointment for you at the Immigration Office. At this appointment, you will complete: Photo (biometrics) Fingerprints Short verification After the appointment, you take your passport back immediately. Your passport does not stay at Immigration. The remaining processing is done online, and your approved extension will be issued digitally.

Can I extend my visa online?

No. A fully online visa extension is no longer possible in Indonesia. Even though parts of the process are handled digitally, every visa extension requires at least one personal visit to the Immigration Office. During this appointment, Immigration will: take your photo (biometrics) take fingerprints verify your personal data may ask a few questions The rest of the extension process can be managed online through us.

Will we be picked up for the extension at the immigration office for photos and fingerprints?

No, pick-up is not included. You need to organize your own transport (scooter, car, taxi, ride-hailing service) to the immigration office for your photo and fingerprints appointment. We will inform you about the exact date and time of your appointment as soon as it is scheduled by immigration. Please make sure you can be available on that day and plan enough time for the visit.

What happens if the online extension does not work?

There is no fully online extension anymore. However, you must visit the Immigration Office once for mandatory data verification, including: Photo (biometrics) Fingerprints Short verification check All other steps are handled digitally by us.

What happens if I overstay my visa?

If you overstay your visa in Indonesia, you must pay an overstay fine of 1,000,000 IDR per day per person (around 65 USD). The payment must be made in cash at the airport or Immigration office when you leave the country. You should plan an additional 20–30 minutes at the airport for the overstay procedure. Important notesShort overstays (a few days) are usually handled quickly and result only in the standard fine. Very long overstays may lead to additional questioning, delays, further administrative actions or deportation. Paying the fine does not ban you from returning, as long as there are no other violations. The best option is always to extend your visa before it expires to avoid unnecessary fees and delays.

Can I extend my visa by myself?

It depends on the visa type. 1. e-Visa on Arrival (e-VOA)Yes — the e-Visa on Arrival can be extended by yourself. You must visit the Immigration Office once for: biometrics (photo, fingerprints if required) data verification 2. Single-Entry Visas (C1, C2, C6, etc.)A sponsor is required for the extension. As a visa agency, we can act as your official sponsor and handle the process for you. A personal visit to the Immigration Office is still required. 3. Multiple-Entry Visas (D1, D2, D12)Multiple-entry visas also require a sponsor for the extension. We can be your sponsor and manage the process.
