We guarantee that your visa will be approved — otherwise, you’ll receive a full refund. If you apply for the visa yourself through evisa.imigrasi.go.id, please note that there is a strict no-refund policy.
We guarantee your visa will be issued on time — before departure or, for last-minute bookings, before arrival — or you’ll get a full refund. When applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, there’s no guarantee on processing time, which can lead to serious issues. For e-VOA, it might mean long airport queues; for other visas, you risk being denied boarding if you’re not eligible for Visa on Arrival — possibly forcing you to rebook your flight.
You can request a full refund anytime before we submit your documents to immigration. After submission, refunds are no longer possible due to Indonesia’s strict no-refund policy for visas. You’ll also receive a full refund if your visa is not approved or if we miss the promised delivery time before your arrival.
evisa.imigrasi.go.id accepts some VISA and MasterCards. We accept all VISA and MasterCards, plus American Express, and bank transfers in 11 major currencies.
Our dedicated support team operates across multiple countries and time zones — almost around the clock. We assist you in your native language via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, live chat, and, in some countries, even by phone. In contrast, many users report difficulties contacting Indonesian immigration through evisa.imigrasi.go.id. Calls often go unanswered, emails receive no reply, and their live chat only provides general information — without the ability to speed up or unblock stalled applications.
Think of us as your visa insurance — we’re here to ensure your trip goes smoothly. We genuinely care about your experience and do everything we can to make the process easy and error-free. This is very different from applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, where no one is accountable if you’re denied boarding or entry due to a missing visa or mistakes like a wrong date of birth, place of birth, or a typo in your name.
With us, you can handle your visa anytime — even when Indonesian immigration is closed or not accepting applications. We’ll check, format, and prepare your documents in advance, so your application is ready to go the moment submissions reopen. If the immigration website is down, the payment gateway fails, or account creation has issues, our experienced team will contact immigration directly and keep trying until it works.

The Multiple Exit and Re-entry Permit (MERP) is an official authorization for foreigners to lawfully depart from and return to the Republic of Indonesia. It can be renewed for up to 2 years. If you have already left the country without obtaining an Exit Permit Only (EPO), it is necessary to obtain an MERP. It is obtained through an immigration stamp placed in the passport, serving as a valid permit for travel purposes.
The MERP is necessary for …
… KITAS holders who want multiple entry
… KITAP holders who want multiple entry
… people who did not obtained an Exit Permit Only
- Application letter (stamped 10000 IDR)
- MERP application form
- Sponsor's KTP (National ID Card)
- Original passport
- Scan of Passport: Identity page and cover (in color)
- KTP (National ID Card) and KK (Family Card) of the foreigner from Disdukcapil (Department of Population and Civil Registration)
- Sponsor Letter
- Guarantee letters
- For sponsors who are spouses of Indonesian citizens, include a Marriage Book, ID Card, and Family Card
- For foreign workers holding the highest leadership position in the company, include a photocopy of the latest IMTA (Work Permit) and RPTKA (Foreign Manpower Utilization Plan) as well as company documents
- For Foreign Investors (PMA), attach the latest IMTA and RPTKA, Recommendation Letter from BKPM (Investment Coordinating Board), and company documents
1) Add the MERP for KITAS and KITAP to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.
2) After checkout, you will be redirected to a form where you can enter all relevant data for the application and upload the required documents.
3) We will check your data and documents and get back to you within one business day via email or WhatsApp.
4) If everything is in order and we have received your fee payment, we will upload the data into the immigration system. If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method, we will need a bank transfer receipt from you, as sometimes it takes a while for the money to show up on our account.
5) We will send you your documents by email. We are still available for you if you have further questions.
Visa RefundYou will receive a full refund if you cancel your order before we upload your data to the immigration system. However, once your application has been uploaded to immigration, a refund is no longer possible. Immigration does not refund visa fees once an application has been processed or issued, and therefore, we are unable to refund in this case. ExtensionIf you already purchased extensions and they remain unused (because you leave Indonesia earlier), we can refund the extension fee as long as you notify us early enough (before the extension process has started). If we already started the extension process, no refund is possible anymore.
Although both MREP and EPO relate to exiting Indonesia, they serve very different purposes: MREP – Multiple Exit and Re-entry PermitA MREP allows foreigners holding a stay permit (e.g., KITAS or KITAP) to: leave Indonesia, and re-enter while their stay permit remains valid. Without a MREP, your stay permit becomes invalid as soon as you exit the country. MREP = You leave and come back. EPO – Exit Permit OnlyAn EPO is used when you: permanently leave Indonesia, or terminate your KITAS/KITAP. Once the EPO is issued, your stay permit is officially closed, and you must leave Indonesia. After an EPO, you cannot re-enter using the old permit — you must apply for a new visa. EPO = You leave and do NOT come back under the same permit.
Here are the current entry requirements for entering Indonesia (including Bali): 1. Passport (very important)To enter Indonesia, you need a passport. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months on the day of entry or on the day of visa extension. Different rules may apply to other travel documents. Without sufficient passport validity, entry will be denied. 2. VisaA visa is required to enter Indonesia. Always make sure to get the correct visa for your purposes of visit! For short trips, you can buy the Visa on Arrival directly at the airport. However, we recommend applying for the e-Visa on Arrival (eVOA) in advance to save time and avoid long queues. If you stay more than 30 days, there are even better visa options like the C1 visa. For specific visit purposes, it's best to check our visa finder or contact us. 3. Outbound (onward) ticketWhen checking in for your flight to Indonesia, you may be asked to show proof of a return or onward ticket. If you cannot present one, you may be denied boarding or entry. 4. All Indonesia Arrival CardSince September 1, 2025, Indonesia has introduced the All Indonesia Arrival Card — a digital form that replaces previous customs and health declarations. You can add the Arrival Card through us, or you can complete it yourself, no earlier than 72 hours before arrival. 5. Love Bali Tourist Tax (Bali only)Visitors to Bali must pay the Love Bali Tourism Tax of 150,000 IDR (approx. 10 USD / 9 EUR). Payment options: Pay online in advance (credit cards sometimes fail), or Pay directly at the airport upon arrival You can also find the entry requirements here: Entry Requirements Indonesia

A Multiple Exit and Re-entry Permit (MREP) is required for foreign residents in Indonesia who hold a stay permit (e.g., KITAS or KITAP). It gives you official written permission to leave and re-enter Indonesia legally while your stay permit remains valid. You need a MERP if: you plan to travel internationally and return to Indonesia, or you have already left Indonesia without an EPO, and need to re-enter legally Without a MREP, your stay permit becomes invalid once you leave the country, and you may face issues re-entering Indonesia.
If you have already left Indonesia, you need to apply for a Multiple Exit and Re-entry Permit (MERP) even if you don’t want to come back. In this case, the MERP replaces the EPO.
