Evisa. Imigrasi. Go. Id

www.imigrasi.go.id

We guarantee that your visa will be approved — otherwise, you’ll receive a full refund. If you apply for the visa yourself through evisa.imigrasi.go.id, please note that there is a strict no-refund policy.

We guarantee your visa will be issued on time — before departure or, for last-minute bookings, before arrival — or you’ll get a full refund. When applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, there’s no guarantee on processing time, which can lead to serious issues. For e-VOA, it might mean long airport queues; for other visas, you risk being denied boarding if you’re not eligible for Visa on Arrival — possibly forcing you to rebook your flight.

You can request a full refund anytime before we submit your documents to immigration. After submission, refunds are no longer possible due to Indonesia’s strict no-refund policy for visas. You’ll also receive a full refund if your visa is not approved or if we miss the promised delivery time before your arrival.

evisa.imigrasi.go.id accepts some VISA and MasterCards. We accept all VISA and MasterCards, plus American Express, and bank transfers in 11 major currencies.

Our dedicated support team operates across multiple countries and time zones — almost around the clock. We assist you in your native language via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, live chat, and, in some countries, even by phone.

In contrast, many users report difficulties contacting Indonesian immigration through evisa.imigrasi.go.id. Calls often go unanswered, emails receive no reply, and their live chat only provides general information — without the ability to speed up or unblock stalled applications.

Think of us as your visa insurance — we’re here to ensure your trip goes smoothly. We genuinely care about your experience and do everything we can to make the process easy and error-free. This is very different from applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, where no one is accountable if you’re denied boarding or entry due to a missing visa or mistakes like a wrong date of birth, place of birth, or a typo in your name.

With us, you can handle your visa anytime — even when Indonesian immigration is closed or not accepting applications. We’ll check, format, and prepare your documents in advance, so your application is ready to go the moment submissions reopen.

If the immigration website is down, the payment gateway fails, or account creation has issues, our experienced team will contact immigration directly and keep trying until it works.

Some users report their VISA or MasterCard isn’t accepted on evisa.imigrasi.go.id. With us, payments go through smoothly as long as your card has sufficient balance. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers (for amounts over 2,000,000 IDR). You’ll always have an easy way to pay.

What is Music Performer's Crew Visa?

A C7B Visa is a special permit issued by Indonesian Immigration for foreign professionals who work as support and technical crew for international performing artists. This visa enables essential behind-the-scenes personnel, such as sound/lighting technicians, stage managers, tour managers, and equipment handlers, to enter Indonesia. It grants a temporary 30-day stay, which is non-extendable, and permits specific support work related to the performance. This visa streamlines entry for crucial crew members, supporting international events in Indonesia.

To obtain an Indonesian C7B visa, foreign crew members supporting international music performances must meet specific requirements for legal compliance.

Required Documents:

  • Passport: Valid for at least 6 months (or 12 months for specific travel documents).

  • Photograph: Recent passport-sized color photo.

  • Proof of Funds: Personal bank statement (last 3 months) showing financial stability.

  • Crew Employment Contract or Assignment Letter: Outlines the crew member's specific role and employment relationship (e.g., with the performer's management or event organizer).

  • Completed Visa Application: Submitted online.

  • Guarantee Letter from Indonesian Sponsor: Provided by an Indonesian entity (e.g., event organizer), confirming responsibility during the crew's stay.

This visa applies to essential support roles such as sound engineers, lighting technicians, security personnel, tour managers, and equipment handlers. Securing a C7B visa ensures proper documentation and legal compliance for all crew members supporting international performances in Indonesia.

Please note that there are different entry requirements that are needed for the flight to Indonesia. Here you can find all the entry requirements for Indonesia.

  1. Add Product to Your Cart : Purchase the Music Performer's Crew Visa by adding it to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout.
  2. Pay for Your Application: Add the Visa service to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.
  3. Submit Your Details & Documents:
    • After checkout, you’ll be redirected to an online form (also accessible via email). Fill in all required visa application data.
    • Upload your personal documents (passport copy, photo, proof of funds, performer’s contract).
    • If you already have an Indonesian sponsor, please also upload their Guarantee Letter, Cooperation Contract, and Visa Application Letter.
    • If you need Visa Indonesia to be your sponsor, ensure your performer’s contract and event details are accurately provided in the form, and we will prepare the necessary sponsor documents on your behalf.
  4. Our Review & Submission:
    • We will check your submitted data and documents and respond within one business day via email or WhatsApp.
    • Once all is correct and your visa fee payment is confirmed, we will upload your application to the Indonesian immigration system.
  5. Receive Your e-Visa:
    • Your approved e-visa will be sent directly to your email, ready for you to enter Indonesia.
    • We remain available for any further questions regarding entry requirements.
Can I get a refund if my visa application is rejected?

If your visa application is rejected due to a mistake on our side, we will either re-submit the application at our own expense or provide a refund if you prefer. If the rejection occurs because you are blacklisted due to previous violations of Indonesian laws, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund. So far, we have not experienced any blacklist cases, and applications are typically approved as long as all requirements are met.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?

Visa RefundYou will receive a full refund if you cancel your order before we upload your data to the immigration system. However, once your application has been uploaded to immigration, a refund is no longer possible. Immigration does not refund visa fees once an application has been processed or issued, and therefore, we are unable to refund in this case. ExtensionIf you already purchased extensions and they remain unused (because you leave Indonesia earlier), we can refund the extension fee as long as you notify us early enough (before the extension process has started). If we already started the extension process, no refund is possible anymore.

Will I receive a refund if I am denied entry by immigration or the airline?

If entry is denied for reasons unrelated to your visa, we usually cannot offer a refund. Common issues include: Passport validity of less than 6 months No empty passport page Missing return or onward ticket Blacklisted If an airline denies boarding due to unclear passport requirements, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you and clarify the situation with the airline.

Does the B211A visa still exist?

No, the B211A visa no longer exists in its previous form. Indonesian Immigration has restructured the visa system and divided the former B211A category into several specific visa types, each dedicated to one clear purpose. Instead of one visa covering multiple visit reasons, there are now separate visa categories, such as: C1 – Tourism C2 – Business C6 – Volunteering / social activities ... If you previously applied for the B211A visa, you now need to choose the visa that matches your exact visit purpose. This change helps Immigration clearly identify the reason for your stay and simplifies the processing. If you're unsure which visa you need, feel free to contact us — we’ll help you choose the correct one.

What are the entry requirements for Indonesia?

Here are the current entry requirements for entering Indonesia (including Bali): 1. Passport (very important)To enter Indonesia, you need a passport. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months on the day of entry or on the day of visa extension. Different rules may apply to other travel documents. Without sufficient passport validity, entry will be denied. 2. VisaA visa is required to enter Indonesia. Always make sure to get the correct visa for your purposes of visit! For short trips, you can buy the Visa on Arrival directly at the airport. However, we recommend applying for the e-Visa on Arrival (eVOA) in advance to save time and avoid long queues. If you stay more than 30 days, there are even better visa options like the C1 visa. For specific visit purposes, it's best to check our visa finder or contact us. 3. Outbound (onward) ticketWhen checking in for your flight to Indonesia, you may be asked to show proof of a return or onward ticket. If you cannot present one, you may be denied boarding or entry. 4. All Indonesia Arrival CardSince September 1, 2025, Indonesia has introduced the All Indonesia Arrival Card — a digital form that replaces previous customs and health declarations. You can add the Arrival Card through us, or you can complete it yourself, no earlier than 72 hours before arrival. 5. Love Bali Tourist Tax (Bali only)Visitors to Bali must pay the Love Bali Tourism Tax of 150,000 IDR (approx. 10 USD / 9 EUR). Payment options: Pay online in advance (credit cards sometimes fail), or Pay directly at the airport upon arrival You can also find the entry requirements here: Entry Requirements Indonesia

Can I convert a C7B visa into another visa type?

No. The C7B visa is not designed for conversion. If you plan to stay long-term or work regularly in Indonesia, you’ll need to apply for a different visa, like a KITAS, from your home country.

What documents do I need to prepare, and are there any special formats or translations required for the Music Performer's Crew Visa?

You’ll need a valid passport, crew contract, bank statement, passport photo, and a sponsor letter.

How long does it typically take from application to the Music Performer's Crew Visa approval?

Processing the Indonesian Music Performer's Crew Visa typically takes 3–7 business days, if everything’s complete.

Can I use the C7B visa for multiple events across Indonesia?

Only if the events fall within the same visa period and are covered by your initial sponsor and contract, you cannot work additional events without a new visa or updated sponsorship.

Can I receive payment while on a C7B visa?

Yes, you may receive benefits or compensation for your role (based on contract agreement). However, you're not allowed to work under an employment contract with an Indonesian company or individual.

Are there customs rules for bringing in sound and lighting equipment?

Yes. If you're bringing in professional sound, lighting, or stage equipment, you’ll likely need to declare it at customs. In some cases, a Temporary Import Permit may be required to avoid import taxes. It’s best to work closely with your Indonesian sponsor or Visa-Indonesia to make sure all paperwork is in order before you fly.

What is the validity period of the C7B Visa once issued?

Once issued, the C7B Visa must be used for entry into Indonesia within 90 days from its issue date. If you don't enter Indonesia within this period, the visa will expire, and you'll need to re-apply.

What is the processing time for this C-visa?

The regular processing time for all C-visas is currently 8-10 working days. We also offer a faster processing time of 5 working days on our website.

In what currencies can I pay?

You can pay for our visa services in many international currencies. We currently accept the following: Accepted currencies: AUD – Australian Dollar BRL – Brazilian Real CAD – Canadian Dollar CHF – Swiss Franc CNY – Chinese Yuan CZK – Czech Koruna DKK – Danish Krone EUR – Euro GBP – British Pound HKD – Hong Kong Dollar IDR – Indonesian Rupiah INR – Indian Rupee JPY – Japanese Yen MXN – Mexican Peso MYR – Malaysian Ringgit NOK – Norwegian Krone NZD – New Zealand Dollar PHP – Philippine Peso PLN – Polish Zloty RON – Romanian Leu SEK – Swedish Krona SGD – Singapore Dollar THB – Thai Baht TRY – Turkish Lira TWD – Taiwan Dollar USD – US Dollar If your currency is not listed here, please contact us — we will check if it can be added or provide an alternative payment method.
