How to Answer the 21-Day Travel History Question
The All Indonesia form asks you to select your country of origin, transit countries, and any other countries visited within the 21 days before arriving in Indonesia. You may select more than one country.
Include:
Your country of origin: The country where your journey to Indonesia began.
Transit countries: Any country where you stopped or changed flights on the way to Indonesia.
Other countries visited: Any additional country you stayed in or travelled through during the previous 21 days.
For example, suppose you live in the United Kingdom, spend five days in Thailand, change flights in Singapore, and then arrive in Bali. You should select:
